Do's and don’ts for Grechka

Today evening I came home exhausted, I thought that if the fever, body temperature, is back to normal then I can behave as an healthy person and be back working hard … but I was really wrong.
Anyway, I have decided going Grechka again. It is fast prepared dish and probably healthy one. Somehow I don’t know why, certainly was thinking of something, I have decided washing Grechka before cooking. (Do people usually wash it before cooking ?)
After starting washing it, I felt like a hero of the “MISHKINA KASHA” story: Grechka was flowing out with the water and I was trying to catch it from escaping !!!

It is almost ready and I am going to taste it in a minute ……

Olka sais she always cleans Grechka before preparing it :O)

Great that everybody is cleaning grechka except me, but how to clean it ??? you cannot just put it in a water, cannot I ?
