Prisoner Number - TD9102
There are a couple of sad stories happened to me lately ... actually not with me but they have influenced a bit on my mood .... so the next two stories will be sad ....
The first story is about my friend ... remember the previous post about not touching any girls in London ? ... it was about him ... lets call him Mike (not real name)
I was visiting him in the jail yesterday ... there is just nobody else to do it...
Mike is not really my friend, I was having launch with him a couple of times in the student place. He liked talking with me, he has Belarus origin, so both of us speak Russian ... Mike is 40 something years old ... not married, without children .... he is really lovely person ... plenty of stories ... :-)
That evening when everything had happened ... around a month ago ..... as he tells, he didn’t touch the girl ... but she did complain ... the police don’t check this kind of things, they just put you in jail, and then you wait a couple of month in jail for the trial. If you are not found guilty, they let you free and pay you around 19£ for every day in ... if you are found guilty you can get from half a year to two years inside ....

WORMWOOD SCRUBS JAIL is very popular, it was shown in the number of movies .. and this is the entrance (pictured by me):
At this prison most of the prisoners are waiting for the trials because of the faking ids, drags ... and women ... The attitude is like to real prisoners sitting in jail. Double rooms ... with sharp schedule...
The visiting should be prebooked, usually a couple of days before by the phone. As soon as I have arrived, they asked me to lock everything in the locker. It was allowed to take only ID with you ... even the piece of paper with layers number they didn’t allow me to take inside the visiting room ... I had to write this number on my hand .... later to show it Mike to memorise it. Before the entrance to the visiting room a photo of you is made..
Inside, the organised visiting session is for 30 prisoners .. many sofas … a lot of stuff … security cameras. Mike came in and we sat in the opposite sides of a small table ... I brought some coke and chocolate, so we were talking and eating.... visiting time is 40 minutes ....
Mike is very optimistic and funny character, in spite of that, my overall feeling was really bad ... there were so many children visiting their fathers ... some were crying .. the bars around ... the stuff watching you talking ... unfortunately no photos from there ...
Imagine Mike at this point, takes out a small piece of paper and puts it on the table with the chocolate garbage ... "On the paper is the email address of my friend, please send him an email that I am here, ask him to call my parents ..."
.. trying not to catch attention .. after a couple of minutes … I take the note and put inside the jeans ... if staff will see that ... they will take the note, and Mike will have problems...
Luckily, everything finished good ... hopefully he will get out by bale in a couple of days ... if not ... the trial is only on 2/jan ... maybe the New Years evening he will spend inside ... God knows ....

Sounds not nice at all...
Why would a girl complain if nobody touched her? Was she boring or something? Or maybe she wanted someone to touch her, but nobody did - so she complained?
Anyway, it's always her word against his, and I think it's very hard to prove anything here (for both sides).
Sad stories during this weekend, I don't believe you... really;)
