I've been a witness to a similar scene in Ireland, but this guy also added tiny slices of banana. And the most important part of the meal was probably the preparation. It took like 10 minutes to spread the chocklate, to cut the banana and to assemble the "puzzle", so I finished my soup and entree before he did.
