The writer of this blog suffers if he sleeps less then 8 hours.
Actually the rating goes as following :
6 hours of sleep or less, he is not a human.
6 to 7 hours, he can write but only about bricks colour. And his muscles pain ...
8 hours and more he can write about anything ....
The writer has watched a program about Sleeping with Michael Mosley few days ago and pleasently discovered that actually there are loads of people like himself.
The show has also presented that there are cognitive enhancing drugs. In the show, Michael took Modafinil, and was easily awake for two days ! Writer is not suggesting that drugs should be taken, but he wanders if in special situations when an effort must be made and the brain simply switches off it is ligimate to take a drug ? it can not make much harm, can it ?
The problem gets worse when the number of awake hours exceeds normal; the writer simply falls a sleep in any situation, once he even managed to fall a sleep against a speaker in a club !
Anyhow, has anybody of the readers used any stay-awake drugs ? or maybe even other brain drugs ? care to share experience ?
